Chapter 148 Blue Flame Meets Golden Wrath
“I don’t care if it’s against the law! I’m tearing you apart today!
“Go to hell, motherfucker!“.

Spencer’s body erupted in violent blue flames, coiling and roaring as it condensed into a colossal blue flame–dragon that lunged straight at Steven as though it meant to swallow him whole.
Steven did not panic.
The spear was already in his hands.
A single detonating thrust sent him hurtling backward, launching himself straight out of the building.
Five floors up. He jumped anyway.
The situation had already spiraled too far for restraint.
His body arced backward through the air, the ground rushing up.
But even as he fell, his voice cut through the chaos below like a blade. “What, you dare deny it? Everyone knows Dominic is your dog on a leash!”
The courtyard erupted as students scattered in every direction.
Spencer shot out of the building after him, his battle armor gleaming beneath the roaring blue flames.
A Three–Sigil Divine Adept was no joke.
“Spare me your lies. Today, I will personally send you to your grave!”
He followed him down.
The crowd below scrambled to clear the landing zone in a frantic retreat.
Steven struck the ground like a meteor, the impact detonating beneath him as stone fractured outward into a spiderweb of deep cracks that made onlookers wince.
Nearly the entire academy was watching now.
The crowd buzzed with a kind of horrified fascination.
“You’re telling me this guy is a B–rank newcomer? That was five stories! Dude just dropped like it was nothing!”
The upperclassmen looked genuinely shaken.
“B–rank? Yeah, right.”
“What kind of monster is that…” someone choked out.

“You think someone Bianca White falls for could be ordinary? That guy is hiding something.”
Above them, Spencer descended like a wrathful star, blue flames roaring as he came crashing down.
Steven lifted his gaze at the exact moment of impact.
He shifted his body at the last possible instant as Spencer’s fist obliterated the ground where he had stood a heartbeat before, sending up a burst of corrosive blue embers that hissed hungrily through the air.
The students moved back further.
A Three–Sigil Divine Adept with Necroflames like Spencer was a nightmare to behold.
“The Tiny Screw Emperor has lost it. It’s so over for Steven.”
“Going against Spencer like this? I don’t care what happens. If he survives, I’m calling him boss.”
“Hold on. The teachers are coming.”
“Tyrant Rose is already on the move!”
Steven knew better than to trade blows.
He just needed to hold out. The fight had grown too loud to ignore. Someone would arrive soon.
Spencer, however, was no longer fighting like a man with reason.
Being exposed to Dominic would have been bad enough.
What Spencer could not stomach was everyone knowing about his…“biological defect“.
That was unforgivable.
Spencer now looked less like a man and more like a berserk beast stripped of reason, howling as he charged at Steven in a wild, uncontrollable frenzy.
Everything he threw was swallowed.
Both men engaged in a series of clashes. Steven stayed alive on instinct and experience alone.
His black spear was starting to show damage. The shaft had warped.
The skin between his thumb and forefinger had split open from the strain.
“That’s it, bitch! Die!”
The blue flames condensed again into a serpent and lunged.
Students gasped. If that punch landed, Steven would be crippled.
Hearts were in throats.
Steven’s eyes sharpened
No battle armor.
He would have to use the Beast Sigil.
Just hold on until the teachers arrive.
He roared.

Golden radiance erupted from the Beast Sigil on his chest.
The spearhead ignited is a brilliant, almost sacred gold light.
Steven swung the weapon in a wide arc and met Spencer’s flaming fist head–on.
And the instance gold met blue…
Everyone saw it. The blue Necroflames touched the golden edge of Steven’s spear and recoiled. Faltered. As though an instinct buried deep within them had recognized something far more absolute, and yielded.
“What the fuck did I just witness?”
