Benjamin looked at Claire and asked with a smile, “Is this another shield you’ve found yourself?” 

A shield? 

Gilmore, Gerald, and the others were puzzled.

laughed coldly and said, “Benjamin, I don’t know what you’re talking about.” 

“Gilmore is not a shield. He is my boyfriend.

More dishes were served by the waitresses. Gilmore, Claire, and the others also started eating joyfully.
