Celestine nudged his waist with a smirk and set a trap. “All your most precious things, huh?”

Gregory, thinking this was a setup, chuckled nervously. “The only treasures in my life are you and our daughter.”

Celestine raised an eyebrow, amused. “I thought a person only has one true treasure?”

Gregory froze, realizing he’d been baited. His survival instincts kicked in. “You’re my heart and soul, forever and always. And Seraphina, she’s my life… and also my heart.”

Then he kissed Celestine on the cheek. Seraphina looked away, mildly horrified.

That was enough cringe to make her break out in goosebumps. Her dad’s cheesy lines were something else.

Clearly, though, her mom loved it.

Not wanting to interrupt their moment, Seraphina strolled upstairs pretending to browse the house.

Halfway up the stairs, she passed a corner window that overlooked a two-story above-ground

garage.

The lot was lined with luxury sports cars, parked in perfect order.

Closest to her was a white SSC Tuatara, with a starting price of $50 million. Under the hood, a twin-turbo 7.0L engine with a whopping 1350 horsepower.

It could go from 0 to 60 mph in under 2.8 seconds.

In simpler terms-by the time you blinked, the car was long gone.

Celestine came up behind her and gently patted her shoulder. “You like the big lizard?”

The Tuatara was nicknamed that for its exotic, reptilian design.

Seraphina shrugged. “Not really. Looks kind of ugly.”

She was clearly trying to downplay it-last thing she wanted was for them to say, “Take it. It’s yours.”

Since stepping into this house, all she’d heard was “Take it.”

“It’s yours.”

“Just pick what you want.”

Gregory suddenly slapped his forehead. “Damn! I forgot to pick out a new car for you.”

He turned to the Jack. “Jack, call our auto rep. Have them send someone over immediately.”

“Yes, sir,” Jack replied respectfully.

“Wait, Jack.” Seraphina’s voice tensed up slightly. “I actually like the Bugatti La Voiture Noire. I’ll just use that.”

Gregory instantly nodded. “Perfect. Whatever you want.”

They spent the rest of the day casually exploring the estate. As night fell, Celestine noticed how tired Seraphina looked after the long journey and decided to take her upstairs to rest.

Her suite was on the third floor-and it wasn’t just a bedroom. The entire floor had been remodeled for her use.

It looked like a luxury department store.

Designer clothes, high-end cosmetics, shoes, and jewelry filled the space, neatly arranged and constantly updated by staff.

She could just grab whatever she wanted, whenever she wanted.

There were also full-service beauty stations-nail bars, hair salons, skincare rooms.

Even every corner had its own drink station-coffee bar, juice bar, espresso station…

Basically, everything you’d find in an upscale shopping mall was replicated here.

Her actual bedroom was tucked away in the back-a presidential suite with professional-level soundproofing. No outside noise could touch her here.

Celestine kissed her on the forehead before leaving. “Rest up, sweetheart. Your father and I have more gifts coming your way tomorrow.”

Seraphina could understand their excitement, so she just nodded and smiled. Once inside the room, she didn’t need to unpack a thing-everything had been prepared to perfection.

She sat down and pulled out her phone. Time for business.

She tapped into WhatsApp and hit a voice message.

“You got any more Voidflame Herb?”

The voice on the other end was groggy, half-asleep. “Ugh… I pulled an all-nighter yesterday. Why do you need Voidflame Herb again?”
