Fated To Three, And I Broke Them All novel Chapter 273

Chapter 273: 273-Strip!

Verity:

Continuation Of Flashback:

"Wait, what? No, he never did that."

I quickly defended my brother, but she clenched her jaw, looking me up and down.

"Your brother has been nothing but brutal toward my daughter. And you’re acting like you have no clue," she hissed, making me immediately tear up.

Whenever somebody yelled at me, I would start crying.

But right now, I needed help.

So if I cried, it would seem like I was trying to make myself look like the victim when she had clearly said her daughter was the victim.

"There has to be a misunderstanding. But right now, my brother really is dying. Once he gets better, I will ask him what the truth is."

I had to say it, even though I knew I didn’t need to question my brother.

My brother had done nothing wrong.

There was no way I could admit he had abused her.

I was the third person around them almost all the time, and not once did I feel like my brother was doing something so heinous to her, nor had Gigi ever said anything that would make me think he was.

"Who is it?"

Gavin Hill came out, and I immediately got up from the couch.

He was harsh. So harsh that, at times, I would just want to stop existing.

The minute he came out and looked at me, he grunted. He was wearing a white shirt and white shorts.

The man walked over to his wife, then stepped in front of her with his hands on his waist.

"What the fuck is this fat bitch doing here?" he yelled, causing Stella to turn to him.

She told him everything, including that I needed money.

And I could already tell I wasn’t going to get any help from the way he looked me up and down.

He walked all the way around the table, making me step back from him, and then stopped only a foot away from me.

It was so intimidating.

"Go back to your room," he said to his wife.

"But I think we should just let her go," Stella tried to say, maybe defending me or giving me a chance to escape.

"I said, go to your room and bring Oliver downstairs," he demanded, his eyes staring deep into mine.

"I, I will leave. I understand."

I quickly changed my mind because I realized I wasn’t going to get any help from here.

Besides, why was he calling his son?

He knew his son hated me and would always bully me. He would do it in front of him too.

As I tried to sidestep the man, Mr. Gavin extended his arm, blocking me from moving away.

"Please, Mr. Gavin, let me go," I pleaded.

Tears had started to spill from my eyes while he stood so close that I could practically smell his cologne.
