A dark storm gathered on his handsome face. He immediately averted his gaze and snapped, "Leave me alone. I'm going to bed."

"Could you please tell your boss I need to speak with him today? Ask him to come home."

Leo winced, remembering the finalized Divorce Agreement currently sitting on the boss's desk.

Any day now, Alaric was going to drop the bomb and kick her out.

He truly felt awful for her.

"Yeah, sure. I'll pass the message along."

"Thank you."

Ivy offered a polite reply, ended the call, and headed to the kitchen to prep a massive dinner.
