"What are you waiting for?" Maloney offered a faint smile. "The plane won't wait."

Still shell-shocked, Sienna was pulled to her feet by Maloney.

Luna snapped out of her daze and quickly followed.

The hospital-appointed escort doctor rushed over shortly after, prepping for Owen's transfer.

Half an hour later, they arrived at a private airstrip.

Even as she took her seat on Maloney's plane, Sienna still hadn't fully processed what was happening.

The cabin interior was minimalist yet undeniably luxurious.

Owen was situated in a specialized medical suite, closely monitored by the accompanying medical staff the entire flight.

Maloney guided Sienna and Luna to the lounge area before heading off to coordinate the flight details with the crew.

Luna secretly gave Sienna a thumbs-up, mouthing the words, "So handsome!"

Once he was out of earshot, she couldn't help but gush. "My god, that is a true alpha CEO! Powerful but not arrogant, incredibly gentle, and his execution is flawless.

He's ten thousand times better than that blind idiot Jarred! Why didn't you choose him back then?"

Sienna just smiled and didn't reply.

After finalizing the flight details, Maloney returned to the lounge.

Seeing Sienna's haggard face, he asked softly, "Do you want to get some rest? The flight is about ten hours."

Sienna shook her head. "I can't sleep."

Maloney didn't press the issue. He signaled the flight attendant to prepare the meal service—gourmet cuisine, plush pillows, and an array of various snacks.

Luna was quickly drawn in and happily skipped off to browse the selection.

Sienna sat across from Maloney. The food in front of her looked appetizing, but she had absolutely no appetite.

Maloney noticed. The warmth in his eyes deepened, and he pointed to one of the dishes. "Do you know why the diced carrots in the side dish are all cut to the exact same size?"
